Job Description
Required Education & Certifications
Master's degree in Supply Chain Analytics, Logistics, or related field

Preferred Certification:
Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt) certification preferred.
Microsoft Certified "Excel Expert" (preferred).

Required Skills & Experience
Power BI (required for KPI dashboards & reporting).
Advanced Excel (pivots, macros, complex formulas).
Experience with SQL, SAP, SSRS, Cognos, or MicroStrategy (data warehouse tools).
Knowledge of database reporting and data integrity validation.
6+ years in logistics/supply chain analytics (B2B/electronics preferred).
Experience with vendor management, KPI standardization, and ad-hoc reporting.
Exposure to transportation rating engines, RFP support, and freight cost analytics.
Multi-cultural corporate environment experience (preferred).

Required Soft Skills:
Strong communication (liaison between vendors, IT, and logistics teams).
Process improvement (Lean methodologies, SOP development).
Leadership (mentoring offshore analysts, leading daily standups).

Job Responsibilities
Develop PowerBI dashboards and standardized KPI reports (daily/weekly/monthly).
Ensure 99% data accuracy in logistics reports.
Support SSRS optimization and data visualization.
Act as a bridge between IT and logistics to improve data warehouse functionality.
Lead daily standups with offshore analysts.
Train and mentor 3rd-party vendors on reporting processes.
Streamline outsourced reporting workflows for efficiency.
Handle custom analytics requests (transportation cost simulations, RFP support).
Assist in LEAN initiatives and financial accrual process improvements.
Provide market trend insights (ocean freight rates, logistics costs).
Work with finance, procurement, and operations to refine logistics processes.
Support new manager training on reporting tools.
