Akkodis is seeking a SAP Transportation Manager for a Contract with a client in Maumee, OH. You will lead design, configuration, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Transportation Management processes, including inbound/outbound logistics and integration with other components.
Rate Range: $60/hour to $75/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

SAP Transportation Manager job responsibilities include:
- Design, configure, and implement SAP S/4HANA Transportation Management (TM) processes, including inbound and outbound logistics and integration with other components.
- Support SAP TM migration and go-live activities, ensuring smooth transition and post-production support.
- Collaborate with TM teams and stakeholders to define best practices, process enhancements, and functional specifications.
- Set up and maintain transportation management master data, including organizational structure, transportation network, and resources.
- Develop risk management strategies and troubleshoot issues, ensuring compliance with SDLC standards and project timelines.
- Work in an onsite-offshore model, managing multiple projects and providing timely status updates to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Minimum 7-10+ years of experience in SAP Transportation Management and logistics processes.
- Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA TM design, configuration, and implementation, including inbound/outbound logistics and migration projects.
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture and data structures, with hands-on experience supporting SAP go-live and post-production activities.
