Job Title: Full stack Architect
Remote

We are seeking a visionary and hands-on Full stack Architect with deep expertise in Java, React.js,Nest.js and application/web architecture to lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions. This role involves owning the full stack technology direction, mentoring development teams, and ensuring architectural alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and oversee the architecture of fullstack solutions (backend, frontend, web, and app platforms).
- Define best practices and standards for coding, performance, and security across the stack.
- Lead the development of RESTful APIs and microservices using Java (Spring Boot).
- Architect and guide the implementation of modern, responsive UIs using React.js.
- Work closely with mobile app teams (Android/iOS/Hybrid) to ensure seamless integration and architecture consistency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and DevOps to align technical solutions with business needs.
- Conduct technical reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
- Stay current on new technologies, tools, and trends and assess their relevance to the product roadmap.
- Provide mentorship to developers and help scale engineering best practices.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in software development with 3+ years in a fullstack or architect role.
- Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
- Strong frontend skills with React.js, Nest.js, Redux, Webpack, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+).
- Experience in designing cloud-native applications (preferably AWS/Google Cloud Platform/Azure).
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, authentication (OAuth2, JWT), and API gateways.
- Experience with mobile architecture (native or hybrid) and app-store deployment is a plus.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
