Job Description:
Vistex Analyst
Location: Remote (must work East Coast hours, 8-5 ET)

- Role 1: Focused on rebates - supports multiple business units, lives entirely in incentives
- Role 2: Focused on contracts and pricing - includes 3rd party pricing, chargebacks, etc
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between business users, product owners, and technical teams
- Document requirements, expectations, and user scenarios (not functional specs)
- Support UAT: write test cases, guide execution, and translate business needs into actionable insights
- Troubleshoot Vistex-related workflow issues in SAP ECC (rebates, chargebacks, contracts) and hand off to technical and functional team
- Work with users who may struggle to articulate problems clearly. Strong translation and communication skills are essential
- No configuration or design work. Focus is on process understanding, data flow, and user support
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong business acumen in pharma contracts, rebates, and chargebacks
- Superuser-level experience with Vistex in SAP ECC
- Comfortable in a superuser-type role: understands how the system works, but doesn't configure it
- Able to bridge gaps between business and technical teams
- Experience writing requirement documents and UAT scripts
- Strong soft skills: communication, empathy, and problem-solving
- Not looking for an implementation consultant
