Job Description:

Vistex Analyst

Location: Remote (must work East Coast hours, 8-5 ET)

Start: ASAP (ideally before mid-September for knowledge transfer)

Type: Long-term contract (potential for contract-to-hire)

Number of Openings: 2
  • Role 1: Focused on rebates - supports multiple business units, lives entirely in incentives
  • Role 2: Focused on contracts and pricing - includes 3rd party pricing, chargebacks, etc


Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between business users, product owners, and technical teams
  • Document requirements, expectations, and user scenarios (not functional specs)
  • Support UAT: write test cases, guide execution, and translate business needs into actionable insights
  • Troubleshoot Vistex-related workflow issues in SAP ECC (rebates, chargebacks, contracts) and hand off to technical and functional team
  • Work with users who may struggle to articulate problems clearly. Strong translation and communication skills are essential
  • No configuration or design work. Focus is on process understanding, data flow, and user support


Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Strong business acumen in pharma contracts, rebates, and chargebacks
  • Superuser-level experience with Vistex in SAP ECC
  • Comfortable in a superuser-type role: understands how the system works, but doesn't configure it
  • Able to bridge gaps between business and technical teams
  • Experience writing requirement documents and UAT scripts
  • Strong soft skills: communication, empathy, and problem-solving
  • Not looking for an implementation consultant
