Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced professional to serve as a Senior Analyst / Subject Matter Expert supporting public administration initiatives. This role requires deep expertise in business analysis, consulting, and government operations, with the ability to independently assess complex organizational systems and recommend practical, evidence-based improvements for executive leadership.

 

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead independent analysis of organizational structures, policies, and operational processes within public-sector environments.
• Conduct research, benchmarking, and comparative analysis against industry and public-sector best practices.
• Develop clear, concise, and executive-level reports with actionable recommendations.
• Present findings, insights, and recommendations to boards, commissions, senior leaders, and public officials.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate governance models, service delivery methods, and policy impacts.
• Translate complex data and qualitative findings into practical improvement strategies.

 

Required Qualifications:
• Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible professional experience in business analysis, consulting, or subject matter expertise related to public administration.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, law, political science, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex organizational systems and recommend implementable, evidence-based solutions.
• Proven experience conducting independent research, benchmarking, and executive-level report development.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to boards, commissions, or public officials.

 

Preferred Qualifications:
• Advanced degree (MPA, MBA, JD, MS, or similar).
• Experience working with government agencies, civil service systems, or regulatory bodies.
• Prior consulting or advisory experience supporting executive leadership.
