Job Details
We have a position for a IT Support with one of our clients in Suwanee, GA
Responsibilities:
- Installation and operations of virtualized servers, network devices, and telephone environment in alignment with global IT architecture.
- Installation and support for desktops, notebooks, and printers.
- Implementation and support for Office applications.
- Support for the implementation and maintenance of standard applications.
- Data safety/security for local systems (backup/ restore).
- Commitment to and compliance with global IT policies.
- End-user training and 3rd level support for above environment
- Other duties as assigned

- 2x yearly hardware upgrades
