The Opportunity

We are seeking a visionary and execution-oriented technology leader to join our executive team as the VP/ Sr. Director of Pre-Sales & Solutions Architecture. This is a critical leadership role responsible for defining and executing our technical vision, driving strategic transformation initiatives, and empowering our sales organization to win complex, high-value deals.

What You ll Do:

Technology Vision & Strategy:

  • Develop and champion the overarching vision for the Office of the CTO/Technology, ensuring alignment with corporate goals, market trends, and customer needs.
  • Act as the primary technical thought leader both internally and externally, articulating our value proposition through white papers, executive briefings, and industry events.
  • Drive strategic transformation initiatives, partnering with Product, Engineering, and a diverse group of stakeholders to ensure our technology solutions deliver maximum customer value.
  • Executive & Strategic Sales Enablement:
  • Engage directly with C-level executives and key decision-makers at our most strategic accounts, acting as the executive technical sponsor.
  • Lead the solutioning efforts for our largest and most complex deals, architecting compelling solutions that solve critical business challenges and deliver a clear Return on Investment (ROI).
  • Translate complex technical concepts into powerful business narratives that resonate with both technical and non-technical executive audiences.

Team Leadership & Mentorship:

  • Provide high-level technical mentorship and coaching to our team of Solutions Engineers and Architects, fostering a culture of excellence, curiosity, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and scale the team's technical and consultative capabilities, ensuring they are equipped to handle increasingly sophisticated customer engagements.
  • Serve as the ultimate technical escalation point and strategic guide for the pre-sales organization.

Operational & Ecosystem Excellence:

  • Oversee strategic technology partner relationships, identifying opportunities for joint solution development and go-to-market collaboration.
  • Establish and enforce governance for our operational toolset (e.g., ) to ensure data integrity, streamline workflows, and improve cross-functional visibility.
  • Drive the standardization of pre-sales processes, methodologies, and best practices to build a scalable and repeatable foundation for success.
  • Serve as a key operational leader, "keeping the train on the tracks" by ensuring that strategic vision translates into flawless day-to-day execution and that the company maintains its forward momentum.

What You ll Bring: Qualifications & Experience Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., Pre-Sales, Solutions Architecture, Technical Consulting) within the enterprise software/SaaS industry.
  • 5+ years in a formal leadership position, with demonstrated experience in mentorship, team development, and strategic planning.
  • Proven track record of successfully engaging with and selling to executive-level buyers (CIO, CTO, CDO).
  • Extensive experience architecting solutions for complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
  • Skills & Competencies:
  • Executive Presence:Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with senior leadership.
  • Business Acumen:Deep understanding of business drivers, key metrics (e.g., TCO, ROI), and the ability to link technology solutions to strategic business objectives.
  • Strategic Mindset:The ability to think beyond the immediate deal and contribute to the long-term technical and commercial strategy of the company.
  • Technical Depth & Credibility:Broad knowledge of modern enterprise architecture, cloud computing (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform), Artificial Intelligence (AI), data platforms, data centers focused on migration and integration technologies.
  • Leadership & Mentorship:A passion for developing talent and a history of building high-performing, collaborative teams.
  • Operational Rigor:A strong aptitude for process design, standardization, and utilizing tools to drive efficiency and predictability.

Education:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field is required.
