Description:
**100% Remote**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support and enhance our use of the Kyriba treasury management platform. This role will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to manage configurations, integrations, and data exchanges-ensuring optimal performance and alignment with evolving business needs.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $75 - $80 / hr. w2

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support and maintain Kyriba platform functionality.
  • Perform client-side configurations to meet changing business requirements.
  • Manage user administration, including role setup and access controls.
  • Oversee data exchanges between Kyriba and external systems:
    • Bank connectivity setup and maintenance
    • Inbound and outbound transfers to/from Kyriba
    • Monitor data flows, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
  • Support and troubleshoot integrations between Kyriba and other enterprise tools (e.g., ERP, banking systems).
  • Document processes, configurations, and integration workflows.
  • Provide training and support to end users and stakeholders.

Experience Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role
  • Hands-on experience with Kyriba platform (configuration, data exchange, user administration)
  • Strong understanding of banking integrations, treasury operations, and financial data flows
  • Experience with root cause analysis and issue resolution in data exchange environments
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and integration tools
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
  • Experience with API integrations or middleware platforms
  • Knowledge of financial compliance and audit requirements
  • Kyriba certification or formal training


Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
