Senior Analyst, Enterprise Robotics Strategy

Project Manager - On-Site | Austin, TX | 10+ Months

We re searching for a seasoned Project Manager who can drive enterprise-level initiatives from kickoff through delivery with both precision and adaptability.

What You ll Be Doing

• Leading the full project lifecycle planning, budgeting, overseeing, and documenting large-scale IT implementations.

• Driving project plans, tracking deliverables, and ensuring risks, issues, and contingency plans are well managed.

• Partnering with technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable goals and outcomes.

• Overseeing SDLC processes and artifacts to ensure business requirements are successfully delivered through technical specifications.

• Leading regular team meetings, presenting updates to leadership, and escalating issues when needed always with solutions in hand.

• Building and maintaining strong sponsor and stakeholder relationships while guiding the project team toward measurable success.

What You Bring

• 10+ years of experience managing enterprise-level IT projects across large organizations.

• A proven track record of delivering multimillion-dollar software and IT projects on time and on budget.

• Expertise in SDLC methodologies and Agile project delivery, with hands-on experience running sprints, tracking feature development, and keeping projects aligned with timelines.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems quickly and effectively.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills you know how to break down complexity for executives and developers alike.

• A PMP certification (required). Scrum Master certification is a plus.

• Previous experience with State of Texas agencies or public health/healthcare projects is preferred but not required.
