We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Nexthink Technical Specialist to join our team. This role leverages Nexthink's digital employee experience management platform to monitor, analyze, and enhance the digital workplace. Your focus will be to transform raw data into actionable insights that improve employee experience and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Collect and integrate data from multiple sources to generate insights that drive decision-making.
- Identify and proactively resolve IT challenges affecting employees-often before they're even noticed.
- Use data to uncover performance gaps and implement solutions that reduce costs and improve service delivery.
- Utilize Nexthink's endpoint agents to track network activity, application performance, and other digital experience metrics.
- Design and deploy automated workflows for data extraction, transformation, and reporting to boost efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience in IT analytics, digital experience management, or end-user computing.
- Familiarity with scripting or automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
- Nexthink experience required
- Strong ability to interpret metrics and translate them into meaningful actions.
- Hands-on experience with Nexthink or similar platforms for data collection and analysis.
- Understanding of how IT performance impacts broader business goals and employee productivity.
- Proven track record of enhancing workflows through automation and systematic analysis.
