Project Manager - Network Infrastructure

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to oversee and deliver large-scale Network Infrastructure projects involving low-voltage IT systems in complex environments such as schools, campuses, or government facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, exceptional coordination and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple project components to completion on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Manage installation, construction, and upgrades of low-voltage IT systems including:


• Local Area Networks (LAN)


• Wireless LAN (WLAN)


• VoIP Systems


• IP Public Address/Intercom


• IP Video Surveillance Systems


• Create, monitor, and review project schedules and critical path timelines.


• Conduct site visits and stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment and progress.


• Review and approve Statements of Work (SOW), Bills of Materials (BOM), and project designs.


• Coordinate and manage internal and external project resources.


• Prepare and present project reports, progress updates, and issue resolutions.


• Track and manage project budgets, expenditures, and timelines.


• Maintain accurate documentation including job tickets and status communications.


• Prepare recovery schedules when needed to meet contract deadlines.


• Read and interpret design documentation, plans, and specifications.


• Generate detailed project reports and status emails for all stakeholders.


• Foster and maintain positive working relationships with clients, partners, and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing large-scale network infrastructure projects.


• Technical knowledge and hands-on experience with LAN, WLAN, VoIP, IP PA, and video surveillance systems.


• Ability to manage multiple timelines and priorities in a fast-paced environment.


• Strong communication and organizational skills-both verbal and written.


• Proficient in analyzing project data and creating project budgets and schedules.


• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and design specifications.


• Experience preparing reports and presenting to stakeholders and leadership.


• Skilled in project tracking tools and MS Office Suite.


• Valid California Driver's License and reliable personal transportation.

Additional Details
The base range for this contract position is $58-68/per hour, depending on experience.

Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered.
