Overview:
We are seeking a skilled PAM Platform Engineer to design, implement, and support enterprise-wide Privileged Access Management solutions. The role focuses on BeyondTrust-based PAM capabilities across a large retail technology environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead architecture, deployment, and configuration of PAM platforms (BeyondTrust preferred).

  • Implement and maintain password vaulting, endpoint privilege management, and session management.

  • Build and manage privilege elevation policies, credential rotation, and access workflows.

  • Integrate PAM systems with ITSM, SIEM, vulnerability scanners, and directory services.

  • Troubleshoot PAM issues and support privileged account onboarding.

  • Ensure compliance with PCI DSS and other security standards through audit and session monitoring.

  • Create documentation, procedures, and training for internal teams.

Required Experience:

  • 5+ years in PAM engineering or security platform administration.

  • Strong hands-on experience with BeyondTrust, CyberArk, or similar PAM tools.

  • Experience supporting Windows, Linux, and macOS environments.

  • Knowledge of identity governance, least privilege principles, and security compliance.

  • Familiarity with ITSM/SIEM integrations and automation workflows.
