Job Details

Role: Kore.AI Consultant

Location: West Chester, PA (Hybrid)

Duration: 10 months

We are looking for a Conversational AI Engineer with strong expertise in the Kore.ai platform to build intelligent, scalable virtual assistants for enterprise use. This role focuses on end-to-end bot lifecycle management from conversation design to production support while partnering closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful AI-driven user experiences.

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage end-to-end conversational AI solutions using Kore.ai XO Platform.
  • Design intuitive conversation flows, dialog orchestration, entities, and intents based on business scenarios.
  • Partner with UX designers, product owners, and backend teams to deliver seamless conversational experiences.
  • Build secure integrations with enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, ticketing tools, databases) using REST APIs and webhooks.
  • Configure NLP, NLU tuning, context handling, and fallback strategies to improve bot accuracy and resilience.
  • Support multi-channel deployments (web, mobile, voice, collaboration platforms).
  • Conduct bot performance analysis using analytics dashboards and continuously optimize based on user behavior.
  • Manage environment promotions, versioning, and release activities for bot deployments.
  • Provide production support, incident resolution, and root-cause analysis for live bots.
  • Contribute to conversational AI standards, reusable components, and best practices across the organization.

Technical Skills & Experience

  • 10-12 years of application development experience with 3+ years focused on conversational AI solutions.
  • Deep hands-on experience with Kore.ai bot framework, dialog tasks, event handlers, and integrations.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Java, or Python for custom scripting and backend interaction.
  • Strong understanding of conversational UX principles, intent modeling, and language tuning.
  • Experience working with REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, and system-to-system integrations.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based architectures and deployment models.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and debugging skills.

Soft Skills & Attributes

  • Strong collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
