Job Details
Solution Architect (Conversational AI)
Must Haves:
- Conversational AI chatbot project
- Previous GenAI project
- AWS expertise is a MUST. Experience with using Lex, Lambda, S3, API Gateway, and DynamoDB is highly preferred.
- Gen AI exposure and have done some previous implementation. Also having Python dev experience would be beneficial but not required.
- Conversational AI / NLP Implementation:
- Hands-on experience with NLP/NLU tools (e.g., Amazon Lex, Google Dialogflow, Rasa, Azure Bot Framework)
- Exposure to Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) models for dynamic, context-aware responses
- Designed and deployed chatbot solutions across web and mobile platforms
- Cloud Architecture:
- AWS expertise is a MUST. Experience with using Lex, Lambda, S3, API Gateway, and DynamoDB is highly preferred.
- Familiar with cloud-native services, including compute, storage, and networking architecture
- Integration & DevOps:
- Experience designing APIs and integrating chatbot applications with backend services
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation)
