Job Details
We are seeking an experienced hiring a System Operations Analyst with strong organizational and communication skills to support complex IT and business initiatives. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in organizational change management, multi-vendor projects, and applying the System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) principles to drive successful outcomes.
Requirements
- Ability to understand and apply complex policies and procedures.
- Experience in organizational change management.
- Experience managing projects with multiple vendors.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of the System Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Medicaid claims, eligibility, and enrollment.
- Familiarity with federal and state Medicaid regulations.
- Experience with project management tools.
- Knowledge of User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Experience in IT issue resolution and risk management.
- Ability to create process maps, wireframes, and documentation.
