Are You a Salesforce Product Management Rock Star?
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce product management, business analysis, or IT support.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce administration, configuration, and automation tools (Flows, Process Builder; Apex preferred).
- Proven ability to map business processes and document clear, actionable requirements.
- Experience working in Agile environments using tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
- Deep understanding of CRM strategies and digital transformation best practices.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification required; additional certifications such as Platform App Builder or Sales Cloud Consultant are a plus.
- Experience in SaaS, tech, or software development environments preferred.
- Analytical thinker with a problem-solving mindset and strong attention to detail.
- Collaborative and proactive, with a results-driven approach.
