Job Details

Title : Quality Assurance Analyst (Intermediate) Duration: 6 Months + Location: Tallahassee, FL (100% Onsite)

Position Overview
The Quality Assurance Analyst (Intermediate) supports the Clinet by planning, developing, and executing formal software test strategies to ensure high-quality system delivery. The role includes system, integration, and vendor testing, defect management, and Software Quality Assurance (SQA) process improvement.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute System Test Plans and testing scenarios
Perform unit, integration, and vendor testing
Track and resolve defects using defect management tools
Conduct root cause analysis and report findings
Prepare Software Change Requests (SCRs)
Review requirements, design, and user documentation
Collaborate with business users, vendors, and IT teams
Support SQA policies and mentor junior analysts

Required Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field OR equivalent experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in software testing, systems development, or IT analysis

Preferred Skills
Experience with defect tracking tools
Knowledge of Lottery or gaming systems
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and email tools
