Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Is this position remote or in person? These are on-site deskside support roles.
  • What will the primary day-to-day responsibilities entail for this person? Deskside support with some smart hands network support.
  • What is the TOP 2 required skills that candidates must have? Custom service and the ability to not get overwhelmed in a fast-paced IT environment.
  • What will the work schedule be for this position? (M-F? 8-5? Overtime? Afterhours?) M-F 9-5. No OT. No afterhours.
  • Will there be OC (on call) or differentials? No
  • How many overall years of experience should this person have? Experience is not required but may help.
  • Do they need any specific certifications or education? None are required.
  • How many miles per day will the contractor be driving? There is not driving within the role.
