Project Manager / Delivery Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Greenwood Village, CO that is seeking an experienced Project Manager with Delivery Management expertise to lead and coordinate Wi-Fi infrastructure projects within a fast-paced application development environment. This role blends traditional project management with agile delivery practices, requiring someone who can drive execution, manage risks, facilitate scrum ceremonies, and ensure that timelines, budgets, and business objectives are consistently met. Experience working closely with SDLC teams is critical.

Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end delivery of Wi-Fi-related initiatives across technical and business teams
* Own the project schedule, scope, risk mitigation plans, and delivery milestones
* Work cross-functionally with development, QA, infrastructure, and network teams to track progress and remove blockers
* Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and backlog grooming
* Act as the primary delivery lead, ensuring teams meet commitments and stakeholders are aligned throughout the project lifecycle
* Improve team productivity and delivery velocity through strong execution discipline and proactive risk management
* Maintain detailed project artifacts including timelines, RAID logs, resource plans, and stakeholder communications
* Ensure cross-team coordination in hybrid environments (Agile + Waterfall dependencies)
* Drive transparency and accountability across delivery teams, from sprint-level metrics to overall program reporting

REQUIREMENTS:
* 7+ years of project management experience, preferably within enterprise organizations
* Demonstrated experience managing Wi-Fi or infrastructure/network delivery projects
* Solid understanding of SDLC processes and experience working directly with software engineering teams
* Experience with Scrum practices and responsibilities (can serve as Scrum Master if needed)
* Proven track record delivering complex cross-functional projects on time and within scope
* Strong stakeholder management and executive reporting skills
* Skilled in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar

Preferred Skills:
* PMP, CSM, or equivalent project management and Agile certifications
* Experience in network infrastructure or telecommunications projects, particularly Wi-Fi deployments
* Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies in hybrid delivery environment
* Experience coordinating with third-party vendors or offshore development teams

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
