Position: AI Product Manager/Subject Matter Expert
Location: Orlando, FL (onsite 2x per week)
Duration: Contract to Hire
Rate Range: $70-75 per hour W2
*CANDIDATES MUST ME LOCAL TO ORLANDO FL AND ABLE TO WORK ONSITE 2X PER WEEK*
Position Overview:
Our client is looking for an AI Subject Matter Expert to help implement AI tools across the hotels and resorts. This resource would act as the Product Manager to help our client understand what AI vendors are available, different capabilities and what a roadmap to implement would look like. The AI technology would first be focused on call center operations and eventually move to other departments in the future.
Requirements:
Deep understanding of AI technology providers, vendors and capabilities Experience with product discovery, road mapping, implementation, backlog grooming, etc
Preferred Experience:
AI specific to call centers Experience working with APIs and how they interact with AI Jira/Confluence SQL
