We're looking for a proactive IT Support Technician to provide on-site technical assistance at an active construction site. This short-term role is perfect for someone with strong troubleshooting skills and experience supporting Office365 tools in dynamic environments.

Overview:

- Configure and troubleshoot email accounts (Outlook)
- Manage SharePoint access and permissions
- Set up and support Microsoft Teams functionality
- Provide general guidance and issue resolution for Office365 applications
- Document support activities and escalate complex issues to remote IT teams
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Office365 (Outlook, SharePoint, Teams)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
- Basic understanding of network connectivity and mobile device support (preferred)
- Must own steel toe boots (required for site access)
- Reliable transportation and valid ID for onboarding
Additional Details:

- Remote training on Sunday, Nov 16; on-site work Nov 17-21
