Job Details

Location: Austin, TX
Salary: $20.00 USD Hourly - $27.00 USD Hourly
Description: Our client is currently seeking an Endpoint Support Specialist to work in downtown Austin, TX.
The ideal candidate will have experience in large-scale environments and possess strong technical skills, particularly with Microsoft systems and ServiceNow. A focus on customer service, collaboration, and continuous learning is key.

This job will have the following responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for endpoint devices (desktops, laptops, printers, etc).
  • Configure and manage Active Directory, including user account management and group policies.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain DNS Servers and related networking configurations.
  • Handle hardware/software installations, configurations, and updates.
  • Provide print support, including setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
  • Utilize ServiceNow for ticketing and workflow management.
  • Ensure security compliance through patch management and antivirus solutions.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in endpoint support or similar role within a large-scale environment.
  • 1+ years experience with Microsoft systems (Windows OS, Office 365).
  • 1+ years hands-on experience with Active Directory and DNS servers.
  • 1+ years experience in using ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
  • 1+ years experience with common hardware configurations, print management, and troubleshooting.
  • 1+ years experience troubleshooting issues over the phone and in person.
  • IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified).
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a positive and proactive approach.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
