If so, we're looking for someone like you to join a high-impact team driving data excellence and information management at scale.
We're seeking a Data Management Analyst who thrives at the intersection of strategy, technology, and analysis. You'll play a critical role in translating business needs into data solutions, ensuring data quality, lineage, compliance, and security in support of strategic objectives. This role is perfect for someone who's equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves with SQL and BI tools and stepping into leadership meetings to present actionable insights. If you have a passion for making data trustworthy, actionable, and accessible, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
* Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to identify, analyze, and solve data-related issues
* Organize and lead meetings with key business users to understand problem statements and identify user action plans
* Prioritize business user needs in partnership with leadership, using data to drive decisions and direction
* Develop dashboards and reports (both ad hoc and standardized) to deliver clear, consistent insights
* Perform deep-dive data analyses to uncover root causes of data issues and propose solutions
* Support data management functions including metadata, data quality, retention, and data security compliance
* Partner with Data Product Owners, Information Stewards, and Engineers to ensure data is properly mapped, monitored, and certified
REQUIREMENTS:
* 4+ years of experience in data management, analytics, or a business-relevant data function (or 2+ years with an advanced degree in a related field)
* Strong communication skills - able to convey complex data topics clearly and effectively
* Experience with SQL and data visualization tools
* Proven ability to engage in a hub-and-spoke model with business and IT teams
* Knowledge of data management frameworks: metadata, reference/master data, observability, and quality
