Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow platform implementations and enhancements. The role requires strong technical understanding of ServiceNow, excellent project governance skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong hands-on experience managing ServiceNow technical programs

  • Solid understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, and platform capabilities

  • Experience delivering projects across modules: ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, CSM

  • Knowledge of ServiceNow development concepts (workflows, Flow Designer, scripting, integrations)

  • Expertise in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall project management

  • Experience using tools like Jira, ADO, MS Project, Confluence

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Proven ability to manage distributed and offshore teams
