Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow platform implementations and enhancements. The role requires strong technical understanding of ServiceNow, excellent project governance skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience managing ServiceNow technical programs

Solid understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, and platform capabilities

Experience delivering projects across modules: ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, CSM

Knowledge of ServiceNow development concepts (workflows, Flow Designer, scripting, integrations)

Expertise in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall project management

Experience using tools like Jira, ADO, MS Project, Confluence

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Proven ability to manage distributed and offshore teams
