Our client is seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Technical Engineering Manager with strong full-stack expertise and leadership experience. You will play a dual role: leading architectural and design efforts while actively contributing to the codebase. Approximately 40 50% of your time will be spent coding, and the remainder will focus on technical leadership, code reviews, and offshore team coordination.

- Familiarity with AI technologies or a willingness to learn is a plus.
- Experience working with offshore/remote teams.
