Job Title: ETL Developer Informatica

We are seeking a highly skilled ETL Developer with strong expertise in Informatica to design, develop, and maintain robust ETL workflows and data integration solutions. You will work closely with data analysts, business stakeholders, and IT teams to ensure data accuracy, performance, and reliability across our enterprise data platforms.
Key Responsibilities:-
Design, develop, test, and deploy ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter/IDQ/Cloud.

Extract data from various sources (RDBMS, APIs, flat files), transform it to meet business needs, and load it into data warehouses or data lakes.

Optimize ETL workflows for performance, scalability, and maintainability.

Collaborate with data architects and analysts to design robust data models and pipelines.

Develop and maintain data quality checks, error handling, and recovery mechanisms.

Ensure compliance with data governance, security policies, and best practices.

Document ETL processes, metadata, and data flow diagrams.

Perform root cause analysis on data issues and recommend solutions.

Monitor production jobs and provide L2/L3 support as needed.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

3+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica (PowerCenter, Informatica Cloud, or similar).

Proficient in SQL and working with relational databases like Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.

Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL best practices, and data modeling.

Experience with scheduling tools (e.g., Autosys, Control-M) and version control systems (e.g., Git).

Familiarity with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) is a plus.

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Informatica certifications (e.g., Informatica Developer Certified Professional).

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Knowledge of big data technologies (Spark, Hive, Hadoop) is an advantage.

Experience integrating data from ERP, CRM, or third-party platforms.
