Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Program/Portfolio Manager to oversee strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for IT investment portfolios. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional collaboration, regulatory planning support, risk management, and performance reporting to enable data-driven decision-making and long-term investment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage budgeting, forecasting & reporting for IT investments
  • Analyze financial performance and present insights to leadership
  • Drive regulatory planning (GRC, TO, RAMP) for IT initiatives
  • Develop reports & dashboards; optimize performance metrics
  • Lead risk assessment and mitigation for investment programs
  • Collaborate across IT, Finance, and Business Units
  • Prepare executive-level presentations; manage vendor/partner relationships
  • Ensure compliance with governance and standards


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s Degree with 10+ years of experience
  • Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, financial modeling, and reporting tools
  • Proven expertise in program/portfolio management
  • Experience working with cross-functional leadership


Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or Master s in related field
  • PMP Certification
  • Regulatory or utility industry background
  • Lean Six Sigma Certification
  • Leadership experience in IT and Finance

Compensation:

The annual starting salary for this position is $189,000 annually.
