- Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of complex IT systems, including cloud architecture, network infrastructure, and server configurations.
- Proactively identify and address potential performance bottlenecks, scaling systems to meet growing demands, and optimizing resource utilization.
- Enforce robust security policies, managing user access controls, vulnerability assessments, and incident response procedures.
- Mentor and guide junior system administrators, providing technical expertise, and knowledge transfer.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Master's level degree in Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
- Ten (10) years professional experience in systems administration.
- Strong proficiency in managing Windows and Linux operating systems, including scripting, automation, and troubleshooting complex technical issues.
- Strong understanding of network protocols, routing, firewalls, and network security best practices.
- Experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and ability to design and manage cloud-based systems.
- In-depth knowledge of security principles, threat analysis, and vulnerability management practices.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash) to automate repetitive tasks and streamline system management.
- Ability to analyze complex technical problems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders, clearly explain technical concepts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to plan, execute, and monitor IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
- Working knowledge of network administration and troubleshooting of Cisco routing and switching.
- Experience administering VMware ESXi, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, and Windows Server Operating Systems.
Required Certificate:
- Must possess a Department of Defense (DoD) 8570 CSWF certification.
Required Security Clearance:

- Must possess or be able to obtain a Department of Defense (DoD) Secret security clearance.
- Active Interim Secret or final Secret clearance is preferred.
