job summary:

Our client is seeking a Data & Analytical Development Associate to support the biological development of vaccines, therapeutics, and related products at Boehringer Ingelheim. This role integrates analytical development with BioProcess and Formulations workflows, handling and processing data to ensure efficient analysis and project advancement. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise, scientific curiosity, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver accurate results, maintain compliance with industry regulations, and continuously expand their technical skillset

salary: $35 - 50 per hour

work hours: 9am to 5pm

responsibilities:


  • Manage digital processing, transfer, and retrieval of analytical development data to support CMC Development functions.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and recommend process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain the analytical lab and assist with non-routine experiments under supervision.
  • Follow protocols, complete results, and compile data for reports.
  • Collaborate with Analytical, Clinical Analytical, Process Development, and Global Innovation teams.
  • Ensure timely delivery of data packages to meet project timelines.
  • Maintain proper records in accordance with SOPs and policies.
  • Actively participate in training and apply new techniques with minimal supervision


qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Biology, Data Analytics, Bioinformatics, or related field with 2+ years of experience; or Master's degree in Data Analytics/Bioinformatics.
  • General knowledge of bioanalytical techniques.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn and apply new technology and concepts with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges.
  • Understanding of applicable regulations and safety practices

  • Programming/Technical: C#, SQL, Graph, GO, JavaScript, NoSQL.
  • Software: OSIsoft PI, PI AF, Libre, ETL Data Warehouse Design, Grafana, SIMCA/SIMCA-online, SAS JMP, Visual Studio, MS SQL Management Studio, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, RedHat OpenShift, Task Scheduler.
  • Preferred: R, Python, Rust, Swift.
  • Strong data processing and visualization capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
