Job Details
Job Description:
- Manage and maintain the ServiceNow platform, ensuring its stability and performance.
- Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform, including UI, workflows, and integrations.
- Develop and implement ServiceNow modules, applications, and enhancements.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures.
- Create and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Administrator or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules, workflows, and integrations.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- ServiceNow Administrator certification.
- Experience with ITIL processes and frameworks.
- Knowledge of other ITSM tools and platforms.
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
- This position may require occasional on-call support and after-hours work.
