Job Title: Product Implementation Project Manager
Job Location: Waltham MA 02451 (Remote)
Onsite Requirements:

- Banking/financial services / any AML or Cash Transaction a plus
Job Description:
Project Meetings:
- Schedule and lead regular meetings with internal project team and clients to discuss project progress, address concerns, and ensure alignment with project goals and on time delivery.
Progress Reporting:
- Prepare and deliver detailed progress reports to clients, highlighting key milestones, achievements, and any potential risks.
Financial Management:
- Manage and create projects in Changepoint for consultant time tracking, track budget expenditures, and report on the budget internally and to clients.
- Manage the monthly invoice process and ensure timely billing.
Weekly Burn Reporting:
- Run burn reports and provide weekly updates on project burn rates and financial status to clients and internal stakeholders.
Service Delivery:
- Ensure the delivery of superior services and maintain high standards of communication with clients. Including exceptional response times.
Project Triage Management and Issue tracking:
- Create, update, and manage list of open tickets during the project.
- Deliver updated list and conduct regular triage calls with customers to prioritize and address issues.
Project Planning:
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Managing for on time and on budget delivery.
Expectation Management:
- Manage customer expectations throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.
Escalation/ Communication Management:
- Effectively communicate status, accomplishments, and issues appropriately both internally and externally.
- Ensure to escalate issues according to established governance protocols to ensure timely resolution and maintain project momentum.
General PM Tasks:
- Perform other usual project management tasks, including risk management, resource planning, and stakeholder communication.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field
Required Business Qualifications:
- 3+ years' experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a client-facing role.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organization, documentation, and procedural skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency MS Office, particularly MS Project, Excel and Outlook
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in the software development or financial services industry.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience working with banking systems a plus, but not required
- Experience in AML or Cash transaction reporting a plus, but not required
