Job Title: QA Test Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced QA Automation Test Manager to lead and coordinate testing efforts across multiple teams. In this role, you will serve as the liaison between teams, ensuring effective communication, risk mitigation, and quality assurance throughout the testing lifecycle. You will oversee testing strategies, review project requirements, and ensure seamless collaboration across teams whose work may impact one another.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring deep expertise in automation frameworks, test strategy design, and defect management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple QA teams, ensuring cross-team communication and collaboration.
- Define, design, and execute comprehensive testing strategies across Agile and Waterfall projects.
- Review requirements and project documentation to ensure clarity of testing scope.
- Oversee automation test script design, development, and maintenance (Selenium, Cucumber, Git).
- Enforce adherence to enterprise testing standards, risk framework, and defect management processes.
- Collaborate with development, business, and QA teams to troubleshoot issues, identify risks, and drive defect resolution.
- Provide leadership and guidance to ensure consistent quality deliverables.
What We re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Test Manager, leading and coordinating multiple teams.
- Strong expertise with automation frameworks (Selenium, Cucumber).
- Proficiency with version control systems (Git).
- Solid understanding of defect management, risk frameworks, and quality standards.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to work across teams and influence outcomes.
Compensation:
Hourly Rate: $55 $60 per hour
This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
