***Only qualified NetBrain Implementation Specialist candidates located near Alpharetta, GA to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence. ***
Required Experience, Skills & Abilities:
Netbrain experience
API scripting (with Ansible preferred)
Familiar with Network Mgt tools (syslog, SNMP, NetFlow)
Routing/Switching knowledge
SDWAN/SASE Experience Engineer with solid routing/switching background with medium to expert knowledge in Netbrain design/configuration/deployment/ops & maintenance
Experience managing SDWAN environment with Netbrain
Role:
Supports the customer's corporate network infrastructure and translates business needs into technical solutions and defines solutions to problems through reasoned application of information technology.
Responsibilities:
1) Designs, develops, documents, and analyzes the overall architecture of systems, including hardware and software
2) Determines integrated hardware and software architecture solutions that meet performance, usability, scalability, reliability, and security needs
3) Coordinates the design and integration of the total system, including subsystems
4) Performs onsite data center support that includes problem management, change management, project support, and new implementations
5) Supports testing, planning, problem management, change management, and staging of network hardware and configurations
6) Provides customer support, including testing network hardware and software, equipment installation and turn-up, and remote hands assistance as required
7) Provide support for sniffer and various application analysis tools for benchmarking and troubleshooting
8) Participate in the identification of root cause analysis, resolution, outage mitigations, testing, and implementation of vendor/IT fixes or design changes
9) Review proposed tech system designs in collaboration with the team
