Project IT Manager IV

Title: Project IT Manager IV

Location: Chalotte, NC - Hybrid

Contract: 6+ Months

Key Responsibilities
* Own end-to-end project delivery for IVR migration from Nuance on-prem to Genesys Cloud.
* Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, architects, and vendors.
* Ensure adherence to project governance and reporting standards.
* Manage risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.
* Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units.
* Drive successful implementation using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.

Required Qualifications
* Proven experience in cloud migration projects, ideally involving Genesys Cloud and/or Swampfox technologies.
* Strong background in call center and IVR systems.
* Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in enterprise environments.
* Expertise in both Waterfall and Agile delivery frameworks.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Ability to manage complex, multi-vendor projects.

Preferred Qualifications
* PMP or Agile certification (Scrum Master, SAFe, etc.).
* Familiarity with Nuance IVR and Genesys Architect.
* Experience working with regulated industries or large-scale enterprise environments.

Work Arrangement
* Hybrid role: 3 days per week in-office in the Charlotte region.
* Occasional travel may be required for vendor or stakeholder meetings.
