Job Description

Torch Technologies Inc., is seeking a Mid-Level Technical Data Analyst that will support the HAWK Project Office (HPO).

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Perform a vast array of technical duties related to Air and Missile Defense systems for the HAWK Building Partner Capacity (BPC) program, to include project planning/analysis, program development, and financial and contracts related activities.
  • Researches, identifies, and makes recommendations concerning resources required for task execution and completion.
  • He/she will gather processes, and analyzes requests from International Partners to formulate operational data for execution.
  • Additionally, the successful candidate will interface directly with government program managers, engineers, finance, contracts, and logistics, as part of a team in support of the HAWK program.
  • The successful candidate will assist in the preparation of briefings and presentations to government working levels and senior government officials.
  • Will research material for country briefings, as well as preparing reports and memorandums.
  • He/she will work on other projects as assigned and will secure information by completing data base backups.
  • Will also provide historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems.
  • Provide programmatic support services for program and project management, integrated product support, material management, financial management, and configuration management for Non-Standard Air Defense Systems.
  • Provide technical & programmatic support at Program Management Reviews (PMRs), Financial Management Reviews (FMRs), and Weapon System Conferences.
  • Develop and manage system related requirements and capabilities with representatives of foreign governments, other US Government agencies, and industry support contractors.
  • Prepare, coordinate, manage, and analyze plans for the release of weapon system hardware, software, and data.
  • Review training material, training plans, schedules, and training support packages.
  • Coordinate and provide logistics and technical support during all phases of the system's lifecycle from development through initial fielding and Live Fire Exercises (LFX) to end of life demilitarization.
  • Analyze test plans for requirements compliance, witness system and secondary item Government Verification Tests (GVT) and prepare test reports.
  • Develop or contribute to the development of Performance Work Statements (PWS) for new production Air Defense equipment, equipment overhaul and upgrade, and hardware & software procurement.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams and as a member of the Air Defense Integrated Product Team (IPT).
  • Assist with pricing and billing of FMS case lines and analysis.
  • Experience with HAWK missile systems, and MS Project desired.
  • He/she should demonstrate significant knowledge on utilization of Microsoft Office Products.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years related experience in the logistics field.
  • FMS experience supporting DoD and missile system experience preferred.
  • Able to work in a team setting
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Good working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Secret clearance
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high demand environment
  • Experience with HAWK missile systems, and MS Project desired.
  • He/she should demonstrate significant knowledge on utilization of Microsoft Office Products.
