Job Description

We are seeking experienced QA Testers with strong hands-on experience in Point of Sale (POS) testing to join our quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will have deep functional knowledge of POS systems, retail workflows, and end-to-end transaction validation. Experience with Speech-to-Text (STT) technologies is preferred. The role requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate across business, development, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Must have Point of Sale experience. Speech-to-Text (STT) and generative voice AI technologies such as Google, SoundHound, ElevenLabs, MirrorFly, and ChatGPT etc also very important.
  • Hands-on experience with Speech-to-Text (STT) and generative voice AI technologies such as Google, SoundHound, ElevenLabs, MirrorFly, and ChatGPT etc
  • Skilled in creating test cases, logging defects, and maintaining comprehensive test documentation
  • Solid understanding of Agile software development and active participation in scrum ceremonies
  • Provide QA input during backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives
  • Experience with Smoke, Functional, and Regression testing
  • Identify and document test scenarios and conditions; execute test cases across integrated systems
  • Proficient in using Jira or similar tools for test management and defect tracking
  • Strong knowledge of Point-of-Sale systems, preferably NCR Aloha suite (Aloha QS, ATO, KVS, ATG, receipt printers, etc)

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in retail, e-commerce, or payment systems.
  • Knowledge of API testing using Postman or ReadyAPI.
  • Familiarity with test automation frameworks and CI/CD tools.
