Position Overview:
Seeking a highly skilled and motivated Power Platform Administrator to lead the upgrade, governance, and troubleshooting of the Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) toolkit.
Role responsibilities are equally focused on AI administration, Microsoft 365 Copilot governance, and Dynamics 365 CRM management/enhancement.
Ideal candidate will have strong experience across Power Platform tools, including Copilot Studio, Power BI, Canvas apps, and D365 CRM.
Must demonstrate a collaborative mindset and passion for innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Dynamics 365 CRM & Power Platform
Administer and support Dynamics 365 CRM, including configuration, customization, and integration with Power Platform.
Develop and maintain Power Platform Canvas apps to meet business needs.
Document processes and ensure consistent workflows across CRM and Power Platform solutions.
AI & Microsoft 365 Copilot
Govern and support Microsoft 365 Copilot usage, including user enablement, policy compliance, and performance monitoring.
Administer AI capabilities within Power Platform and M365, ensuring responsible use and alignment with business goals.
Provide expertise in Copilot Studio to streamline development and automation processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements in workflows and reporting.
Job Qualifications:
Strong expertise in Power BI for creating and managing reports and dashboards.
Experience upgrading and troubleshooting the Power Platform CoE toolkit.
Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio for automation and development.
Skilled in building user-friendly and functional Canvas apps.
Proven experience administering and customizing Dynamics 365 CRM.
Familiarity with AI tools and Microsoft 365 Copilot governance practices.
Solid understanding of Azure Analytics and related services.
Candidate Skills & Qualifications (Minimum Requirements):
8 years of hands-on experience customizing entities, workflows, and integrating D365 CRM with Power Platform tools.
8 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues, analyzing logs, and debugging software applications.
5 years of experience with data visualization principles and data modeling using Power BI.
3 years of familiarity with Copilot Studio for automation and governance of Microsoft 365 Copilot features.
3 years of experience with Microsoft Azure Services, particularly Azure Active Directory.
