UX Content Writer 100% Remote
Description:
Our customer is looking for two contract UX Content Designers with experience in AI systems. You don't need the perfect title on your r sum for this role; we care more about your ability to think strategically, write clearly, and collaborate across teams to shape content for AI-powered experiences. To apply, you should have examples of prompt engineering work that shipped in a product.
You'll support cross-functional efforts that involve system prompt content design, content testing, and interface copywriting. We're especially interested in folks who enjoy ambiguity, build as they go, and take notes to help improve our design system during downtime.
This work will focus on designing helpful, on-brand experiences powered by large language models (LLMs). You'll help shape the language AI systems use to interact with users, guide users through new experiences, and test content for clarity and tone.
What you'll do:
Collaborate with designers, researchers, engineers, and PMs to create system prompts, CTAs, and UX copy across AI surfaces
Contribute content design guidance with clarity and humility, collaborating closely with PMs, engineers, and designers
Shape and test system prompts to improve clarity, utility, and tone of AI-generated content
Document and share content strategy and rationale across the team
Contribute to agile processes and documentation that support shipping early-stage AI features
Present your work in crits and discussions, supporting your decisions with UX and brand principles.
