About the Role:
We have a new ServiceNow Developer role we are excited to add to our innovative team. We’re looking for a motivated professional with 1–3 years of hands-on experience developing and configuring ServiceNow solutions, specifically across the IT Service Management (ITSM), Technology Service Management (TSM), and Customer Service Management (CSM) modules.
The ideal candidate will bring a solid understanding of platform capabilities, integration strategies, and best practices in implementing scalable ServiceNow solutions. You will play a key role in enhancing functionality and delivering automation & process improvement across multiple business units.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and workflows
- Configure and maintain ServiceNow modules including ITSM, TSM, and CSM
- Customize existing ServiceNow applications and facilitate the rollout of new modules and applications
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements for new and existing ServiceNow functionality
- Support integration between ServiceNow and third-party tools and systems
- Participate in testing and QA processes to ensure performance, reliability, and quality of ServiceNow implementations
- Document technical solutions, system configurations, and architectural decisions
- Stay up to date with ServiceNow platform upgrades, patches, and new releases
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1–3 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform
- Hands-on experience with ITSM, TSM, and CSM modules
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow development tools including Workflows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions, and ACLs
- Experience developing and supporting ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, or MID Servers
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities
Preferred qualifications:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or higher certification
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies
