Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary administrator for Oracle HCM modules including Core HR, Talent Management, Recruiting, Payroll, Time & Labor, Compensation, Absence Management, and Performance Management.
  • Manage system configurations, security roles, and workflow setups in alignment with business requirements.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolution with Oracle support when necessary.
  • Assist with timely and accurate issue resolutions, HCM system updates, patches, and quarterly releases, including impact analysis, testing, and communication.
  • Partner with HR stakeholders to optimize HCM processes and user experience.
  • Support end-user training, provide functional guidance, and resolve user access or data issues.
  • Participate in strategic planning sessions, cross-functional projects and act as a subject matter expert on Oracle HCM capabilities.
  • Oversee assigned tasks to CHA current Programmer

Deliverables:

  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation of workflows, system configuration changes, change logs and enhancement requests.
  • Monthly status reports summarizing key activities, risks, and recommendations.
  • Creation of training materials & technical roadmap development related to HCM.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Strong knowledge of HR business processes and best practices.
  • Proficiency in configuring roles, security, workflows, and integrations within Oracle HCM.
  • Experience with quarterly patching, testing, and release management.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud and/or Oracle Payroll Cloud Certification preferred.
