Title: Quality Assurance Lead
Location: Pittsburgh, PA (Preferred, 3 days onsite), Farmers Branch, TX
Contract: W2 only, 7-month contract with potential for extension or full-time conversion with either the client or CEI
Pay: $50/hour + optional medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match

Overview

This role involves working with a team to develop programs that analyze, migrate, and test data from First Bank to PNC applications. The position requires strong collaboration skills and expertise in manual and automated testing to ensure quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop programs to analyze, migrate, and test data from First Bank to PNC applications.
• Collaborate effectively within a team of 8-10 members.
• Utilize UI automation tools such as Selenium or equivalent.
• Manage test cases using XRAY, ALM, or similar tools.
• Conduct manual and automated testing to ensure software quality.
• Participate in CI/CD pipeline processes.
• Communicate testing results and issues clearly to team members and stakeholders.

Required Skills

• UI automation experience (Selenium or equivalent)
• Test case management (XRAY, ALM, or equivalent tools)
• Strong collaboration skills
• Proficiency in manual and automated testing
• CI/CD pipeline experience
• Java experience
• Postman experience
• SQL proficiency
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Good verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience in banking or finance industry background
• Familiarity with testing frameworks and automation tools
• Experience working within a team environment of 8-10 members
