Location: Remote
9+ Months


Required skills:
Strong working knowledge of HRIS systems. Workday Ecosystems experience required. Workday skills Cloud.
Strong HCM Configuration Experience and ability work independently on projects
Workday recruiting and Compensation modules configuration experience.
Detailed Background in creating a new Job Profile Catalog.
Mass creating Job Profiles via EIB.
Extensive knowledge of inner workings of Job Profile attributes (such as Job Level and Job Level Hierarchy and Job Classifications)
Experience of working on Cloud Version of Workday is a Must.
Workday Compensation module experience, including setting up grades and ranges, creating eligibility rules
Nice to have skills:
Strong business planning, analytical, and conceptual skills to evaluate business problems and apply knowledge to identify appropriate solutions.
Well-developed organizational and time management skills; attention to detail
