Experience with C2M / C2 or related CCB modules
Prior experience testing CCB applications in Utility domain environments
Solid understanding of Utility Operations, metering, billing, and customer service processes
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle CCB Test Lead to drive and manage end-to-end testing activities for Oracle CCB projects. This role involves overseeing test strategy, test planning, test execution, coordination with cross-functional teams, and ensuring delivery of high-quality, defect-free releases. Candidates must bring strong domain expertise and hands-on testing leadership in CCB implementations or upgrades.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the full testing lifecycle for Oracle CCB projects including test planning, scripting, execution, and reporting
Manage and coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression cycles, and cutover testing
Develop detailed test plans, test scenarios, and test cases aligned with business & technical requirements
Ensure adherence to testing standards, compliance frameworks, and best practices
Collaborate with business users, functional SMEs, technical teams, and stakeholders to resolve defects and validate requirements
Manage defect lifecycle using standard defect tracking tools and ensure timely closure
Track testing metrics, provide daily/weekly status updates, and ensure test readiness for each release
Ensure testing coverage across CCB modules: customer data, billing, payments, collections, rates, metering
Participate in requirement reviews and contribute to test strategy improvements
Work closely with PMO and QA governance teams to ensure alignment with quality gates
Support cutover activities, production validation, and hypercare testing
Preferred / Good-to-Have
Experience with Test Automation tools, preferably Tosca (automation for CCB is a strong plus)
Ability to create automation-ready test suites
Understanding of end-to-end Customer Information Systems (CIS)
Familiarity with SOAP/REST-based integrations in CIS architecture
Exposure to Agile delivery frameworks
