About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Cyber Program Coordinator to support the execution of interactive Cyber Workshops and Tabletop Exercises (TTXs). This contractor role plays a vital part in delivering a seamless participant experience, coordinating all program logistics, and supporting the development and facilitation of scenario-based cyber exercises.
You'll work closely with program leadership to ensure events run smoothly - from planning through post-event analysis - while also contributing to engaging, high-impact cyber content. The ideal candidate combines strong project coordination skills with an understanding of cybersecurity concepts, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Main Responsibilities
Workshop Support & Facilitation
- Assist with the live delivery of cyber workshops and tabletop exercises, supporting the lead facilitator by managing injects, timekeeping, and session flow.
- Document feedback, observations, and insights during sessions to help inform after-action reporting and program improvement.
- Contribute to scenario development and refinement, incorporating real-world threat intelligence, breach case studies, and evolving cyber trends.
- Help shape the storytelling, pacing, and realism of exercises to ensure an immersive and engaging experience for participants.
Program Coordination & Logistics
- Manage all logistics for cyber program events, including scheduling, calendar invites, participant registration, and platform setup (Zoom, MS Teams, or on-site).
- Coordinate pre- and post-event communications, serving as the main point of contact for participants, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Assemble, organize, and distribute participant packets, playbooks, guides, and briefing materials to support effective session delivery.
- Maintain organized documentation across sessions, including attendance records, feedback surveys, and follow-up actions.
Operational & Content Support
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to help produce supporting materials such as slides, briefing decks, and session agendas.
- Help track program KPIs, participation metrics, and feedback to support ongoing improvement and reporting.
- Contribute ideas and insights to evolve program content in response to changing threat landscapes and client needs.
What You Bring
- 2-4 years of experience in program coordination, project support, or training/event delivery - ideally in cybersecurity, risk management, or a technical environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight timelines.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts and terminology (e.g., phishing, ransomware, incident response, third-party risk).
- Proficiency with collaboration and conferencing tools, including Zoom, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and related platforms.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional, client-oriented demeanor.
- A passion for teamwork and continuous learning, especially within the field of cybersecurity.
- Willingness to travel approximately once per month to support in-person session delivery and coordination.
