Pay Range: $55 - $60/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

  • Consultative recruiting skills/approach required.
  • Previous experience recruiting in various business areas. Detail-oriented, time management and organizational skills are critical, as well as the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
  • The ability to interact with a range of personalities and styles, to establish effective relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly build rapport and credibility.
  • Polished and professional demeanor and communication style, both oral and written, as this role is an extension of our Global Talent Acquisition team.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Corporate functions hiring (Non-IT)
  • Functional Recruiting – supporting Accounting/Finance, Risk, Audit, Operations, Legal,
  • Underwriting, HR, Marketing, Claims, etc.
  • Previous experience with lateral or professional recruiting within a large, complex organization; financial services preferred but not required
  • Excellent project and time management skills, with capacity to manage high requisition volumes appropriately
  • Strategic and innovative sourcing capabilities, with a willingness to consider ‘unusual suspects’ and commitment to tapping into diverse talent pools to build the best slates
  • Strong process orientation and attention to detail
  • High emotional intelligence, with listening and communication skills needed to build rapport and develop effective advisory relationships at multiple levels of the organization; warm and professional demeanor as a brand ambassador for Client in the talent market
  • Strong sense of ownership and personal accountability for candidate and client experience combined with a focus on maintaining search momentum and driving results
  • Intellectual curiosity, agility, and solutions mindset
  • Collaborative team player, able to partner well with other recruiters and coordinators to share best practices and contribute to a strong, collegial TA culture
