About the Role


We're seeking a Mid-Level NetSuite Developer to join a fast-paced, agile IT team where your work will have direct impact on the business. In this role, you'll work hands-on with SuiteScript (JavaScript) to build, debug, and optimize NetSuite solutions while collaborating across departments like finance, operations, engineering, and sales. You'll be supporting Tier 1 ERP issues, streamlining system integrations, and enhancing operational workflows with little to no layers of bureaucracy.


Key Responsibilities



  • Develop and debug SuiteScript (JavaScript) solutions within NetSuite

  • Troubleshoot and resolve Tier 1 NetSuite support tickets

  • Collaborate directly with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into technical solutions

  • Support and expand integrations with platforms like Salesforce CRM, Celigo (middleware), and EDI (Orderful)

  • Contribute to backend systems including WooCommerce and middleware APIs

  • Assist with rollouts of NetSuite WMS, SCM, and Manufacturing Mobile modules

  • Optimize system workflows and improve data flow between tools like SolidWorks PDM and NetSuite


Technical Environment



  • Languages & Frameworks: SuiteScript (JavaScript), JSON, REST APIs, SOAP, SuiteTalk

  • ERP Platform: NetSuite (WMS, SCM, Manufacturing Mobile modules)

  • Integrations: Salesforce, Celigo, Orderful, WooCommerce, WordPress

  • Middleware & Tools: Celigo, webhooks, SolidWorks PDM


Ideal Candidate



  • 3-5 years of NetSuite development experience (or similar ERP systems)

  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript and SuiteScript

  • Experience with REST APIs and middleware platforms (Celigo preferred)

  • Ability to communicate complex technical details to non-technical audiences

  • Comfortable working autonomously in a lean, high-impact environment

  • Eager to learn, adapt, and wear multiple hats

  • Able to work onsite 4 days/week (Stevens Point, WI preferred)


Bonus Points For:



  • NetSuite WMS, SCM, or Manufacturing Mobile experience

  • Salesforce CRM and EDI (Orderful) integrations

  • Familiarity with engineering integrations like SolidWorks PDM

  • Exposure to ecommerce platforms like WordPress/WooCommerce
