Job Details
Our client, a global leader in providing governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) solutions is looking for a GainSight Techno-functional Consultant (100% Remote).
Job Duration: 6+ Months (Possibility of Further Extension)
Job Summary:
In this role, consultant will be focusing on improving product usage tracking, creating customer health scores, and supporting miscellaneous administrative tasks in Gainsight. This role is critical to building and optimizing automated customer health scoring systems, integrating product usage metrics, and ensuring data accuracy to support key business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Automated Customer Health Scoring (CHS) for key products (starting with Boards CHS v2).
- Develop Gainsight dashboards for product usage and customer health scores.
- Build and maintain an At-risk Renewals Center in Gainsight.
- Manage ad-hoc Gainsight admin tasks (~5 hours per week), including dashboard tweaks and issue resolution.
- Use data and best practices to refine customer health scoring methodology and ensure alignment with churn analysis.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience with Gainsight, particularly its integration with Salesforce and other systems.
- Experience with Gainsight administration and customization.
- Strong understanding of customer health scoring and product usage metrics.
- Ability to conduct churn analysis and correlate with customer health.
