As a Data Engineer HCM, you will be a part of an Agile team to build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards.

Responsibilities:
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in data engineering or analytics, with at least 3+ years supporting HR/HCM systems.

  • Strong experience with SQL, Python, and data processing frameworks (Spark, PySpark, SQL-based ETL).

  • Hands-on expertise in building pipelines using ETL/ELT tools (Informatica, Talend, Airflow, dbt) and cloud-native data services (OCI Data Integration, AWS Glue, Azure Data Factory).

  • Familiarity with Oracle Fusion HCM data model, HDL/HCM Extracts, and OTBI subject areas is strongly preferred.

  • Experience with HR analytics and BI platforms (Oracle Analytics Cloud, Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake).

  • Strong understanding of data governance, lineage, and data quality frameworks.

  • Demonstrated experience with API-based integrations and automation in cloud data environments.

  • Knowledge of HR regulatory data standards (HIPAA, GDPR) and experience working in secure data environments.

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.

  • Prior experience in consulting or supporting large-scale HCM implementations preferred.

Educational Qualifications:
Engineering Degree BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.
Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.
