Title - Dynamics 365 Analyst

Key Responsibilities
- Lead analysis, design, and implementation of business application solutions aligned with business needs and best practices
- Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and define functional specifications
- Provide day-to-day ERP application support, including third-party and in-house integrations
- Support and manage system interfaces, integrations, and data flows
- Maintain system configuration and process documentation
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation
- Create training materials and conduct end-user training
- Coordinate with external vendors, consultants, and contractors on system enhancements and integrations
Required Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience with MS Dynamics AX 2012 and D365 Finance & Operations as a BSA or Functional Consultant
- Strong functional knowledge of Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Finance modules
- Experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation
- Hands-on experience with data migration and integrations, including APIs, web services, middleware, and EDI
- Experience supporting and implementing third-party integrations
- Strong communication, collaboration, and customer-focused mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
