Job Summary:
We are seeking a Patient Services Data & Analytics Specialist to support business operations by transforming healthcare and patient service data into actionable insights. This role involves analyzing patient experience, operational efficiency, and service quality metrics to drive continuous improvement and enhance patient outcomes.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in healthcare data analysis, patient access, or service operations.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other visualization tools.
- Experience working with EHR/EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, etc.) and healthcare datasets.
- Familiarity with patient satisfaction surveys, claims, and payer data.
- Strong understanding of healthcare KPIs, operational metrics, and process improvement.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a healthcare payer or provider setting.
- Working knowledge of Python/R for advanced data analytics.
- Exposure to data governance and quality management practices.
